Granddaddys Hs

I sure was glad to get to see my horse Nugget one more time even though he was no where near the powerful and hard headed horse he once was. I wasn't prepared to see him looking like the "old man" that was before me. Although still stubborn, it was sweeter some how, and endearing. He was a good horse.

Daddy and Reef showing off their Carhartt gear. :)

Rain said that this stick was her fishing pole. She was ready to go!

Of course Rain wanted to reel the fish all by herself, and she actually got one with a little help from Daddy.

One of Daddys many catch of the day.

SWING. All Rain needed to hear.

Auntie Beth Comes for a visit

Beth and Rain in their matching outfits

Kennedi couldn't get enough of Reef

Beth bought the kids Christmas presents
and Rain got a "Bell" dress and some sparkly eye glitter.
I knew the dress was coming so we got hair to match.
She thinks it's the best thing ever right now.

Sooners vs. Pokes

1...2...3..!

Squeeze!

The girls had a blast wrestling with eachother.

Reef

4 months handsom head

This is Rain riding a trike through Target.
It got posted wrong and I don't know how to move it yet.
Brooke, I need another lesson :)
Rain and mommy went to Pannera Bread for the 1st time with the new baby boy.

Reef at 9 weeks

wearing his big boy shirt for the first time.
3to6 month shirt and it fits great.
It would have swallowed Rain at that age.
Family pics early Oct.
First time in the "bumbo" @ 3 months

So cute!

Kennedi loved seeing Reef. She is in the "baby" stage.

Horse Rescue

We headed out to Guthrie to participate in a work day for a horse rescue farm.
We were told to bring gloves and this is as close to fitting as it came.
Aunt Sunny brought the gloves for us and Rain was eager to get started.

They weren't kidding about the gloves. The kids jumped right in though. They helped pull brush out from under the trees, and Rain thought that Cole needed some extra help.

Enough of the manual labor. Lets paint!

Rain loved painting. She was very precise and quiet.
When we had to leave she wasn't ready (go figure).
I wish I had a fence for her to paint at home because she would have done this all day.

Reef sitting up in his seat before we left. He loves to sit up!

On our way out we got to meet Lady. She was a sweet old pony who wanted to kiss Rain, and who didn't understand what was up with the baby strapped to me.
She kept sniffing Rain and then Reef.

Sneaking a drink from a "Mommy Drink".
We had a fun day with our cousin.
