Halloween

Walking up to Mimi and Papa's house to do some Trick-or Treating!

Reef in his "Max" costume. Doesn't he make a cute bunny :)

Instead of candy, my mom had the girls at her work give him passies.

Ruby and her blue bow.

This is Ruby from the cartoon "Max and Ruby". Ruby is the big sister bunny (yes, she is suppose to be a bunny) and she has a little brother so of course Rain wanted to be nothing else. At least until that day.
Rain had a lufa for a tail and mommy painted her face. Rain wanted a blue bow painted on her forehead and blue stripes on her cheeks so I reluctantly obliged.


Reef was a scarecrow for his first costume change. I took the kids to Aunt Vicki s school to trick-or-treat her since she wouldn't get a chance to see them that night. Reef became "Max" later that day.


When we got home from seeing Aunt Vicki, Rain wasn't done trick-or-treating. She was pumped and wanted to do it again and again. We had to make a detour to my moms work and she got candy from Bobo and even $1 from one of Bobos friends. Then we had to trick-or-treat Daddy at our house. So, with one quick call, Daddy was ready at the door with a special treat his
"little butterfly." :)


This is a great pic, but it didn't open right. I will try it again.


This is the "Butterfly" costume. It was our second costume of the day :) Our pink leotard and tights worked great along with some pink and purple wings from Mimi. We put piggies up high for antennas, and this was mommies first attempt at the face paints.
